PLEASE NOTE

Consultations are required before booking any color service. Consultations will be conducted via e-mail but we are happy to also see you in person if time is available. During your consultation, we will discuss your hair goals, what services are applicable, how to maintain your hair color and pricing.

All appointments are booked online, via my square link (I will email you the link) and will require your card information and prepayment.

POLICY

All appointments require a prepayment of 45% of the service. Consider this a non refundable deposit, but can be used toward a rescheduled appointment as long as you give at least 48 hours notice.

Waivers are sent out via e-mail when requesting appointments. Appointments will not be accepted until this waiver is signed.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service if prepayment was not made.

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. Prepayment will be forfeit.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or reduced less than 48 hours will be charged 75% of the
services cancelled. This policy applies whether the entire appointment is cancelled or only a portion of the original service is removed.

Repeat no shows will require deposit for future bookings.

We understand that things happen that are out of your control, however it is important to contact your stylist and notify them of your cancellation.

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and/or do not show up on the schedule date and time of your appointment you will be charged %100 of the cost of the scheduled service.

We have a 15 minute lateness policy if you’re running late please call to let us know, should you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may have to forfeit your appointment or continue with the allotted time. Late fees applicable

For the safety and comfort of our guests NO extra people, including children, will be allowed to join you in your appointment.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
